Please check your order for shipping damage as soon as possible upon receipt.
 
If items arrive damaged please keep all packaging as photographs of the damage may be required.
 
Returns are only accepted if items arrive damaged or items were not as described.
 
Buyer must contact us within three days of receiving the items.
 
Items must be returned within 14 days.
 
Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
 
If bonus items were included those items must be returned also.
 
Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
 
Refund will be for purchase price only, original shipping fee will not be refunded.
 
If the items had free shipping the cost of the original shipping paid by Colonial Cards will be deducted from the refund.
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund will be processed.
 
Your refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
 
Partial returns are not accepted.
 
Customized items cannot be returned.
 
To return items, mail the package to: Colonial Cards, PO Box 413, Damascus, Maryland 20872-0413.
 
Please package items securely and send using the United States Post Office (FedEx & UPS can not be used for returns)
